POLICE who searched a man who looked drunk found a teaspoon and amphetamine on him, Burnley magistrates heard.
Wayne Stobbs, 31, of Hawley Street, Colne, was conditionally discharged for six months, after admitting possessing a trace of amphetamine.
Margaret Duckworth, prosecuting, said the defendant had a lengthy criminal record and was the subject of two separate probation orders.
John Rusius, defending, said Stobbs spent quite some time in custody at the police station and pleaded guilty at the first opportunity.
