MORE than £800,000 of funding is up for grabs for East Lancashire firms.
The East Lancashire Partnership has announced the final round of European funding available to local applicants under the Objective Two programme.
Money is available under categories of helping small and medium sized enterprises (£372,000), exploiting clean technologies (£193,000), building the information society (£154,000) and expansion or tourism (£87,000). The deadline for bids is Thursday.
Councillor Malcolm Doherty, chairman of the East Lancashire Partnership, said they would ensure the area obtained its fair share of resources. For bids contact 01254 380661.
