NORTH VALLEY DYNAMOS 1

KNUZDEN Youth Under-13s entertained North Valley Dynamos on Saturday at Foxhill in the VMI Accrington and District Junior League and maintained their 100 per cent record.

After a poor start Knuzden got their passing game together and goals flowed to Sam Morris (2), James Booth (2), Karl McPhee (2), Simon Perkins, Steve Wotherspoon and another hat trick from Gordon McKay who was the referee's man of the match.

It was McKay's 18th goal so far this season. The last goal in this game was very significant for Gordon, it was his 100th in two seasons.

Knuzden's man of the match was Gavin Harrison.

NEWCHURCH FOREST 1

KNUZDEN Under 17s came home with the points after a convincing display at Marl Pits, Rawtenstall in the Red Rose Assurance Blackburn Youth League.

Goals came from Daz Hall, Mark Cassidy, Chris Threlkeld (2), Robert Parker (2), Danny Bolton (2) and a hat-trick from man of the match striker Dean Ellwood (3).

KNUZDEN Seniors got off the mark with an own goal but two late goals gave Kings the points.

Knuzden's man of the match was Alan Aspin.
