YOUNG people are frequently indifferent to politics in general and European politics in particular. But they should beware. The Brussels bureaucrats are interfering in every aspect of our lives and now it is the turn of young drivers.
Despite not having the will to chastise the French for not taking our beef, the European Commission has had time to put forward a scheme to penalise our young drivers.
Under their proposals, young people, even having passed the new stringent theory and practical driving test, will not be able to have a full licence until the age of 25.
Young people should realise that the European Union is more than a pretty blue and yellow symbol. It is all about interference in our daily lives by foreigners who have never been elected and we are unable to sack.
There is only one answer. Let's withdraw from the European Union right now.
