MORE than 70 youngsters found about how to improve their career prospects at a conference.
Teenagers from secondary schools in Blackburn with Darwen attended the Compact event organised by East Lancashire Education Business Partnerships.
The Compact programme aims to help young people develop their personal and skills and employability.
Employers who attended the conference included Blackburn Rovers, British Telecom, Royal Mail, Blackburn College, Training 2000 and North Lancs Training group.
Staff from firms worked with a range of activities including a problem-solving tower building exercise.
