IT would appear that Mr Wildbore has once again confused facts to suit himself - you claim to have names of people who attended the meeting some of whom he states signed to say they received payments - they signed to verify the amounts they owe not that they had been paid.

Mr Wildbore's letter has no substance and is merely tit-for-tat... the real issue is clear. The drivers he met and one in particular believed VSG had all the hallmarks to succeed - it didn't. The ceasing of trade didn't help but what caused the furore was being left owed cash and the way they believe they were treated.

He has not accepted a single point about County Court and ACAS judgments - he merely persists in trying to defend the indefensible. If you are genuinely trying to help please show us some evidence. The accusation that I am some kind of front man is simply untrue but I do wish the facts to be accurate. I had no part in any filming or contact with any authorities such as the IR and customs people and neither did my son Andrew.

One truth I can state is I became involved with one of your son's companies when Andrew requested my assistance - by way of a loan from me he wished to make funds available - so he could pay all payments due to that company and on time - this was done - can he say the same thing?

If everyone had received their due would any of this unpleasantness have arisen? I feel the blame for this lies at the feet of the chairman of the VSG Finance Group and Mr Wildbore bear this in mind, it was your letter that prompted my reply and since February there has been a silence between us perhaps it's time we returned to that position.
