A NEW advice centre was to be opened in Blackburn to help families with immigration problems.
The Immigration Advisory Service would open an office one day a week from November 28, at the St John's Centre in Victoria Street.
Chairman of Blackburn's Racial Equality Council, Rafique Malik, said he was sure there would be tremendous demand for the service.
