EXPORTERS will be invited to look east to China at a Bolton Bury Export Club breakfast meeting on Monday. (Nov 22)
At the event, to be held at Link House, Bury, Howard Gettins of Watson Steel will share his company's experiences of trading with China.
Also present will be Penny Lynch, who is the China trade promoter for British Trade International.
Joining them are Penny Wang-Orme of Gravitas, a North West-based trading and consultancy service for China, and John Evans who is international trade manager for HSBC.
Julian Birchett, head of international trade for Bolton and Bury Chamber which is organising the breakfast, said: "The event builds on a successful inward Chinese mission that we hosted last year.
"It will be a practical session highlighting the tremendous opportunities that this huge market presents and explaining the steps local businesses need to take to get started or expand their trade links with China."
