TWO more Leigh legends have been inducted into the Past Players' Hall of Fame.
Derek Hurt signed from Cockermouth during the 1954/55 season when he made a handful of appearances.
The second row forward played 289 times for Leigh, scoring 46 tries and kicking 51 goals; he played county rugby for Cumberland.
Albert Worrall signed in the 1922/23 season from Ince All Blacks as a threequarter. But he made his mark as a prop forward.
He rarely missed a match. His 503 appearances (a club record) included a run of 136 consecutive games.
He was selected for Lancashire and England, playing his final match for Leigh in February 1938 after which he continued at the club as coach and committee man.
