TWO men who got rowdy after an England football match, were fined by Burnley magistrates.
Police saw Darren Springett, 23, and Daniel Whillock, 24, kicking a man lying on the floor. The man, who suffered minor injuries, did not make a complaint.
Springett, of Langholme Close, Nelson, and Whillock, of Southfield Street, Nelson, were each fined £125, with £45 costs, after admitting threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.
Whillock said they had been watching a football match, got a bit rowdy and somebody had knocked into them.
