VANDALS who were continually breaking into a crumbling old mansion were dicing with death, a leisure boss said.
Hyndburn council's head of leisure, John Knowles, told a public inquiry into the demolition of Accrington's 19th century Oak Hill Mansion: "The mansion is continually being broken into and people doing this are putting their lives at risk."
