TWO men were treated in hospital for slash wounds following an incident in Accrington town centre in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Police believe the two men were slashed with a razor type weapon and three men were due to appear in court today.
One of the men Kevin Graves, 29, from Accrington received treatment for a 10 inch wound running down the side of his face and under his cheek.
Michael Clitheroe, 32, also from Accrington, also had to have stitches in a wound in his face.
Both men were taken to Blackburn Royal Infirmary and were kept in the hospital over the weekend
Police said the incident took place around 2.20am close to Afrika's night club in Blackburn Road.
The two men had been to the club and were just leaving a nearby takeaway when the incident took place.
Three men from Oswaldtwistle were arrested yesterday and were appearing before Hyndburn magistrates today. Two are charged with wounding and violent disorder and the third faces grievous bodily harm and violent disorder charges.
