I WOULD like to voice my opinions on new millennium celebrations in pubs and clubs.
I am unemployed and only go out with my wife once a fortnight. With it being a millennium year we will be forced to stay in because of the shocking prices to get into pubs, plus the price of beer.
Our regular pub is shutting because of the cost of staff.
Surely you pub owners should take into account regular customers and people who can't afford these prices.
There must be a pub out there which won't be demanding these ridiculous prices. So come on, let everyone join in with the celebrations, not just the more wealthy customers.
