THE 50th new recruit has signed up to a pioneering centre for managers.
The NVQ centre set up by ELTEC offers local managers the chance to take higher level qualifications.
Stephen Cook, projects manager at the Chaigeley Manor centre near Clitheroe has started a level five management course.
He is the 50th to join the Clayton-le-Moors centre since April this year.
"I chose the NVQ 5 because it offers immediate, tangible benefits and because nearly all the work can be completed of the job," said Stephen.
Stephen hopes to complete his studies in just over six months time.
