A FEW weeks ago the electricity company transferred its venue for selling pre-payment cards from a local corner shop to a supermarket further away and uphill.
This caused pain and upset to many disabled people. They complained to the company's Blackburn area office.
Though I am sure it cost them, the company changed things back to the way they were as soon as they could. They deserve credit for putting people before profit.
