I AM writing with regards to the government's lack of funding of essential services!
It is possible for much more to be done if they would use a bit of common sense and get Britain's priorities right.
Their answers are always the same: 'we cannot afford it', whether it is extra funding for the National Health Service, or extra for our elderly pensioners who served this country well in war and peace.
Some £1.5 billion every year is spent on Trident alone, and the UK spends £4 million a day on nuclear weapons!
So we should abolish all nuclear weapons now, or watch them spread out of control.
We must ask: who are our enemies now?
