SAM Allardyce has got selection problems of the best kind ahead of Bolton's trip to Portsmouth tomorrow.
For the first time since taking the Wanderers hot seat Allardyce has room to manoeuvre with the arrival of French midfielder Franck Passi and the return of on-loan man Gareth Farrelly.
With midfielder Paul Warhurst still sidelined with an ongoing hamstring problem, Sllardyce could bring both into play.
Allardyce is also boosted by Mark Fish, likely to figure after escaping the international clutches of South Africa. Fish was lined up to play in a friendly against Sweden this weekend, but despite the club having received no written confirmation, he is likely to join the team at Fratton Park.
Everton utility man John O'Kane is also available.
Squad: Jaaskelainen, Phillips, Bergsson, Fish, Whitlow, Johansen, Jensen, Aljofree, Gardner, Hansen, Gudjohnsen, O'Kane, Taylor, Holden, Glennon, Strong, Potter, Farrelly, Passi.
