UGB 10 Crosfields A 19 UGB's 12 men deserve a medal for their commitment and positive attitude.
Their first try came from Shaun Anders after man-of-the-match Karl Pownall had chipped through. But Crosfields hit back with three tries and penalty to take a 14-4 interval lead.
After the break Crosfields went 18-4 ahead before UG hit back with a try by John Birkett, set up by Shane McNicholas. A drop goal ensured victory for the Warrington side.
The UG Low Cost UPVC man of the match was Karl Pownall, with Shane McNicholas taking the Birkett Motors Players Player Award.
