PEOPLE will have the chance to find out how major changes to training and education will affect East Lancashire.
Guest speaker at ELTEC's annual public meeting tomorrow will be Mike Shields, chief executive of the North West Development Agency.
It will be the penultimate meeting for ELTEC, which is being replaced by a Learning and Skills Council for Lancashire.
"Mike's speech will focus on the future economic development of the North West and the role of the agency," said Mark Price, of ELTEC.
"He will show how it intends to support the skills agenda that we have pursued in East Lancashire for the last ten years."
The meeting is being held at the Dunkenhalgh Hotel, Clayton-le-Moors at 4.30pm.
Anyone interesting in attending should contact ELTEC's marketing department on 01254 301333.
