IN A quiet week where only a handful of matches took place, Waterbarn took centre stage with handsome wins for both the A and B squads to enhance their challenge for honours in their respective divisions.
In Division Two, Waterbarn A's 16-2 thrashing of Transport B moved them up two places into third, while the B team's winning 13-5 visit to Goodshaw took them back into top spot in Division Three ahead of Wesley Nomads.
In Division One, Broadway B's task against Sports was eased considerably by a concession of six points on the way to a 15-3 win but Badgercote A were made to work hard for every point in their 12-6 win against Fearns A.
