WHILE walking home up Penny Street, Blackburn, and crossing over to the other side of 'Brands Hatch' - Barbara Castle Way - I came across a very dangerous situation.
At the bottom of the steps on the Larkhill Flats side, thorn bushes overhang the pavement.
I am only 5ft 1in but the bushes are so long that you have to duck down to pass them. It is bad enough for me, so what must it be like for anyone taller?
I am surprised nobody has been injured by these bushes, they are dangerous and need pruning back before there is a bad accident or someone loses an eye. They are a hazard to the public.
