THIS is for the man (and I use the word 'man' loosely) who, at approximately 1pm on November 27, reversed out of a space on the car park of the Asda store in Blackburn, without a glance, into the path of a car driven by a woman.
He then got out of his car, pointing his finger, howling abuse at the poor lady and ended his 'speech' with "I will wait for you down there, outside of here."
We have a word for you Mister - 'coward.' And if I could have seen your car's registration number, I would have reported you to the police.
I tried to follow the lady driver to give her my name and address if she needed a witness, but as I was on foot, she was too quick for me.
