ROAD accident victim Siobhan Wyllie will be allowed home from hospital shortly, even though she will have to return for long-term treatment, her mum said today.
June Wyllie said the family was also looking forward to 16-year-old Siobhan spending Christmas at her home in Regent Street, Nelson.
Siobhan was one of six young people in a car which crashed on the A682 Nelson to Gisburn road near the Moorcock Inn, Blacko on October 30.
A back seat passenger, she was thrown out of the car and sustained multiple injuries. She was taken to Airedale hospital and later transferred to Leeds.
She is now is in Burnley General Hospital's Rakehead house rehabilitation unit. All the other injured passengers have been discharged from hospitals.
