A BIRTHDAY man finished his night out bloodstained and arrested.
Burnley magistrates heard how Mark Prescott, 23, abused police, threatened to kill another man and lunged at him.
Prescott, a bus driver, of Ford Street, Burnley, was fined £100, with £55 costs, after admitting disorderly behaviour.
Andy Robinson, prosecuting, said at nearly midnight on Prescott's birthday, police separated two men.
One, Prescott, was heavily bloodstained and shouting at the other.
He was drunk, abusive, was warned about his behaviour, but tried to get past officers.
He threatened to kill the other man, lunged forward and said he was going to have him.
