THE new millennium's first London Marathon takes place on Sunday, April 16, 2000, and Scope, the largest charity for people with cerebral palsy, are giving readers the chance to join in with all the fun and party fever of this historic run.
We're looking for 2,000 joggers, walkers, fancy dressers, experienced runners and clowns to join our first-class team. So, if any readers would like to give themselves a memory to treasure in 2000, sign up and help Scope to support children and adults with cerebral palsy.
Scope is asking each runner to raise £1,000 in sponsorship for a guaranteed place in the marathon.
Readers can get further information by calling 0500 575 222.
