LOCAL colleges have joined forces to promote training in small businesses.
Accrington and Rossendale College, Blackburn College, Burnley College, Nelson and Colne College and Eltec are involved in the project funded by the North West Development Agency aiming to increase the involvement of small firms in developing appropriate training.
