THE Blackpool Supporters Association want to see recently-released Owen Oyston return to his position as chairman of the Seasiders.
BSA's chairman Francis Charlesworth said the supporters would like to see Owen back at the helm.
"As far as the supporters can see Owen is the one holding the purse strings and although Karl and Vicky have done a good job the supporters believe they don't have total financial control," he said.
"But whether or not Owen wants to return as chairman of the club is another matter.
"When Owen was at Bloomfield Road we did see investment in the club and we could see he was passionate about the place.
"It's that kind of passion that we need right now. I'm not saying Karl is not passionate, but his enthusiasm doesn't seem to be as great as Owen's was."
