FORMER Parr Hare & Hounds player Sean Fanning notched a personal tally of 22 points in the Army's 54-7 victory over Dewsbury Celtic in the first round of the Silk Cut Challenge Cup.

Fanning, who played professionally with Leigh and Highfield, overshadowed Andrew Tuigamala, younger brother of former Wigan and All Blacks star, Va'aiga, scoring a hat-trick of tries and five goals as the servicemen proved too strong for the Yorkshiremen.
