FOR the second consecutive week Preston's women's soccer team entertained bottom of the table Burnley and dominated the game from start to finish, running out 15-0 winners.
Preston went ahead after five minutes when Katie Eastwood set up Joanne Ball to easily score from eight yards.
Ball made it 2-0 when she latched on to a through ball from Gemma Turner and scored with a powerful run and shot.
With Preston in complete control, Turner added a third.
Ball completed her hat-trick after a great run and cross from Eastwood.
Charlotte Benson added a fifth before Eastwood made it six just before half-time with a great solo run and neat finish, slipping the ball past the Burnley keeper.
The second half continued in the same manner as the first when Eastwood scored from a through-ball by Kristy Bilsborough.
Preston then had a penalty well saved by the Burnley goalkeeper before second half substitute Alison Cropper added the first of her four goals all scored within a 20-minute period.
A further two goals from Eastwood and one more for Benson were followed by the final goal of the day, a delicate chip from the edge of the area by Michelle Edge.
Captain for the day, Kristy Bilsborough, was awarded player of the match for a great midfield performance that was the springboard for the Preston goal feast.
