The accident happened on Sunday evening.

Miss Foy's younger sister, Hayley (13) also of Ince Avenue, was a back seat passenger in the car. She is in a critical condition at Hope Hospital's intensive care unit.

Another 14-year-old girl who was in the back of the car was taken to Booth Hall Hospital with leg and chest injuries.
