THE "lifeblood" of Bury's business community have had their work, achievements and successes well and truly celebrated.
More than 50 small and medium-size companies in the area took part in celebrations at Bury College to acknowledge their efforts in completing college-run training courses.
The SRB (Single Regeneration Budget) awards was hosted by Bury College's SME (small-medium enterprise) team which deals directly with local businesses enrolling on learning and individual staff training courses.
Guest speakers at the dinner were Terry Robinson, chairman of Bury FC, and Ivan Lewis, Bury South MP.
