A SCHOOL administration manager has become the first student at Blackburn College to pass all seven parts of the European Computer Driving Licence course.
Frequent information technology user Roger Simpson, who works at St Wilfrid's Church of England School in Blackburn, has been studying for the qualification since July.
It covers word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation and information network services.
More than 700 candidates have signed up for the course since the summer.
