FIREFIGHTERS from Blackburn station went on a sponsored bed push through the town centre and raised £1,094 for Children In Need.
Sub-officer Beau Gaskin said: "We have done something for the appeal for the last four or five years. This time around we just went around the town centre on a Friday night and asked for donations. Considering we only collected on one night we did very well and everyone gave generously."
