SURFERS can find out all about Barden Community Association, in Burnley, just by looking on the Internet.
The web site has been put together for the benefit of all members of the association and it is hoped that individual groups will contribute news items, events and annual programmes. In addition, it is an opportunity for the association to keep members advised of the latest changes in fees, opening times and holidays.
The site has been devised by Barden High School teacher and geologist Paul Kabrna (seated) who has also produced sites for Craven and Pendle Geological Society. He is pictured with community association chairman Ken Inckle at the launch.
Barden's site can be accessed on http://freespace.virgin.net/barden.community and barden.community@virgin.net
