JASON Wilcox has gone to Leeds in response to their injury crisis!

Rovers response to injuries is to sell one of their better players. Is this part of the strategy to trim the first team squad so we can stay in the First Division?

To come down from the Premiership was a disaster. If Blackburn do not return this season, how many players will stay?

Success this season means promotion - preferably automatic. Any less will mean Blackburn jostling in this division for some time to come.

That is what the team, management and board should be judged by at the end of the season. I wish Tony Parkes luck and no one deserves to succeed more than him.

It worries me that he was originally reported as not wanting the job, then he had a sudden change of mind.

We are going to lose matches and get more injuries, and that is when we will need the strength in depth.

Looking at the other teams in the division, we should be walking away with top spot.

I hope it can still be done.
