MY friend and I were outraged to hear of the 'victory' of retired postal worker John Taylor in the European Court on December 16, regarding the extra five years of winter fuel payments that women get as opposed to men.
We feel that any person who spends their entire life paying to use public toilets and their entire child-producing years paying VAT on sanitary products (a luxury?) is entitled to a few extra years of not dying of hypothermia.
