AS this old page chugs its way into the next Millennium, may I thank the loyal and ever-Increasing band of nostalgia fans who help to enliven my every week with their letters, flashback photos, amusing anecdotes, slices of local history and keen yedscratter queries.
I'm extremely grateful for all the input (correspondence is even rolling in a regular basis from abroad these days!) It is supplied by contributors too numerous to mention, but who provide living proof that nostalgia is anything but old hat.
May I wish one and all a joyful Christmas, together with a New Year of good health, happiness and prosperity.
Oh, and yes . . . please keep those contributions rolling in.
