SANTA'S 'little helpers' - that's the Community Safety Wardens in Bury.
They are keeping a close eye on Father Christmas as well as bringing added security to Bury town centre, particularly during the busy festive period.
This week the wardens visited Santa in his grotto to pass on seasonal greetings.
The nine-strong wardens patrol the Mill Gate and town centre area and have been assisting police during their Christmas crime initiative.
Warden Danny Dobson said: "We've just celebrated our first anniversary. We've been very busy throughout the year.
"And we've been even busier during the festive period. The more people who come into the town centre, the more work we do."
He said the wardens would like to thank everyone for their help and support during the past 12 months.
