TWO men have appeared in court following a police undercover drugs operation.
Jack James Costello, 26, of no fixed address, and Paul Anthony Taylor, 32, of Anchor Grove, Darwen, were arrested outside Blackburn railway station on Tuesday when cocaine with a street value of £9,500 was seized.
Both men were remanded in custody to Preston Crown Court.
Bail was refused despite the offer of a £43,000 surety for Taylor and one of £10,000 for Costello.
