TAYLOR: Struggled, despite his size, against the aerial threat posed by Moore at set pieces. 6
DAILLY: Held the defence together with another composed performance in the face of strong Pompey pessure late on. 7
CARSLEY: Used as the anchorman in a five-man midfield and provided valuable cover in front of the back four. 7
MCATEER: Outstanding in the centre, providing composure, energy and a touch of class as Rovers fought for midfield supremacy. 8
DUNN: Sometimes guilty of trying to do too much, but played his part with a hard working display. 6
JOHNSON: Ran himself into the ground but too often his final ball let him down. 6
OSTENSTAD: Left to plough a lone furrow up front, the Norwegian hitman scored once and could have had another in a hard-working display. 7
DUFF: Tightly marked by Jason Crowe but still showed the odd flashes, including a touch of magic for Ostenstad's goal. 7
