A NEW management team is at the helm of a fast growing employment agency.
Ken McCreath and his wife Ann - who have come back from retirement in the south of France - have joined Andy Higgins to run Rawtenstall-based Power Jobs.
The firm specialises in supplying skilled staff to industry throughout Europe.
Ken and Ann were tempted to return to the UK after a chance meeting with the company's Dutch owner during a holiday in Spain.
"After a number of years in sales and marketing we thought it was time for us to take it easy but when an opportunity like this comes along it is difficult to turn down," explained Ken.
Power Jobs was launched six years ago and last year had a turnover of just over £1million. As well as placing workers in jobs in countries including Austria, Germany and Ireland, it arranges their accommodation and transport.
