TWO magicians have conjured up an award!
Corporate hospitality firm Casino Promotions, run by partners Harry Robson and Martin Nuttall, has become the latest East Lancashire firm to achieve the Investors In People staff training and development standard.
The firm employs eight staff at its Helmshore base along with a number of part time employees across the country. It organises events such as casino evenings, race nights and themed parties for customers including British Telecom and the Bank of England.
"Our aim is to become market leaders within the corporate hospitality industry was the main driving force behind our focus on staff training and development," said Harry.
"Investors in People has made a real impact on the business and I firmly believe it will continue to do so in the future."
Other local employers who have recently achieved the IIP standard include Abacus Care, Blackburn; St Mary's C of E Primary School, Rawtenstall; Calder Services, Whalley; Brook and Beech House, Burnley and Fulledge House Residential Home, Burnley.
