BLACKBURN Hawks player-boss Bobby Haig will have to make do with the players he has as his side push for promotion - not that he is complaining.
Monday's transfer deadline meant that Haig will now be unable to bring in any fresh talent before the end of the season.
But the Hawks boss reckons his squad has got what it takes to make the final push to the playoffs in the English League Division One (North).
"The squad we have in place here is a good one," said Haig. "When we are on form we are a match for any team in this league.
"We were looking at one or two new players, but nothing came of it and we are happy with the squad we have in place.
"Hopefully now we can keep winning and make it into the playoffs."
Haig has already recruited five new players this season in Paul Mahon, Tony Melbourne, Paul Richardson, Wayne Whitby and Ian Hough.
