IF you have had a baby this year you are entitled to take advantage of the council's millennium tree planting. The council will plant a tree as a permanent record of every new child's birth in the district.
A certificate will be issued to parents and they will also have the option to buy a small brass plaque to be fixed on a stake next to the tree.
