INTERNET technology will enable local people to keep up-to-date with important decisions about the area as council minutes and agendas go on-line.
The latest expansion of Lancaster City Council's website is part of a plan to develop the use of the Internet and to become more open and accessible.
Commenting on this initiative, Cllr Greg Beaman, said: "The internet is cheap, quick and effective way of communicating and we want to harness its benefits.
"By placing important information like Council decisions on-line, we can reach a whole new audience and become more open and accessible than ever before."
