SAINTS' Australian scrum-half Darrall Trindall has been assured his stay at Knowsley Road is not in jeopardy after being involved in a car crash last week.

The accident occurred on the car park of Stakis Hotel but police did not attend the accident. Former South Sydney star "Tricky" escaped injury, and reported the matter to Saints.

Mr. Morris has also denied that Trindall - who was brought to Saints by coach Ellery Hanley - was involved in a fight with Sean Long and Chris Smith after the World Club showdown against Melbourne Storm at Wigan.
