A CAR dealership has unveiled a £1million repair centre which aims to use modern technology to ensure it's environmentally friendly. Greyhound Ford, of Whalley Road, Altham West, has built the new accident repair centre in nearby Burnley Road, Altham.
New paint-spraying techniques and dust controls will help limit the impact on the environment, according to dealership chairman and managing director Michael Pilling. The centre, which aims to deal with about 100 cars a week, was opened by Tom Pallister, customer service director of Ford Motor Company.
