LABOUR MP Gordon Prentice is leading a Commons call to boycott Austria following the inclusion of an alleged neo-Nazi party, Jorge Haider's Freedom Party, in a coalition government.
The Pendle back-bencher is one of the sponsors of the motion which welcomes moves to boycott Austria by the European Union, the United States and Israel. He said: "There can be no room in Europe's democratic family for Hitler's political heirs."
"I think its just dreadful that a far right party should be in government in Austria. This has echoes of the Third Reich.
"The EU and the international community must draw a line in the sand."
