JAMES Hardman, 66, of Audley Range, was ordered to stand trial at Preston Crown Court when he appeared before Blackburn magistrates, charged with indecently assaulting a 14-year-old girl and assaulting the same girl.
He was also charged with indecently assaulting the same girl between December 1992 and December 1994.
Hardman indicated not guilty pleas to all charges and the case was adjourned until March 20 for the preparation of committal papers.
Hardman was remanded on bail.
