Why leave them out of the New Year's Honours list?
For skill and dedication in blowing up half of England with the resultant loss of innocent lives, knighthoods would not have been amiss and in keeping with New Labour's total lack of principles and decency.
The settlement of any dispute can be achieved by giving the opposing side everything it demands.
